    1. User Research

During the research phase, I conducted in-person or video semi-structured interviews with three individuals of varying ages to understand how adults manage and organize their daily expenses. Additionally, I explored tools that may facilitate the process of saving for them. I also aimed to identify the challenges that young adults face while attempting to save money. Below are Some of the questions.

      Qualitative Questions:

What’s the reason that prevents you from saving? [ Needs ]
What’s the goal you want to achieve in the near or long term related to money? [ Needs ]
Have you started saving for it? [ Needs ]

How do you control their daily expenses? [ Behaviors ]
How do you keep track of your expenses? [ Behaviors ]
What tools are you using to help you plan your budget? [ Behaviors ]

      Qualitative Questions:

After identifying the challenges that adults faced with their current expense management tools, I decided to conduct an online survey to gather more information. Our product has the potential to provide targeted savings opportunities for those who are interested in improving their financial management.

Problem

Saving isn't easy these days due to the deteriorating economic conditions worldwide. Most adults, especially young adults, struggle to organize their finances. Throughout the day, we see dozens of products marketed as essentials. Once we receive the salary, we buy those products unconsciously and after paying the bills and purchasing the necessities, there is no money left to save.

Solution

Creating an application that helps users manage their daily expenses through tracking can be a very useful tool for people who want to take control of their finances. With the right features, such an application can provide users with a clear understanding of their spending habits, allowing them to make informed decisions about their budget and savings goals.
